REGISTRATION
To make an order on the Muhire.eu Online Store, you do not have to go through the registration procedure. The registration gives the customer the opportunity to view the order and its status and to have a record of all your orders over time.
PURCHASE
The online store allows you to purchase a very large variety of products. Exceptionally, certain products can not be purchased online due to their large size, fragility or other similar causes. The minimum order amount is 150 Euro. Upon completion of the purchase procedure, you will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address you provided in the purchase form. In the very special case where it is not possible to deliver a product or part of the products ordered by you, our representative will contact you by phone or email to agree to the replacement or cancellation of the order for those products. All prices in the Muhire.eu Online store are expressed in Euro, VAT included. If you have any problems or have questions about how to order the products, please contact us by e-mail: contact@muhire.eu, Monday through Friday, between 10: 00-19: 00.
DELIVERY
The ordered products are delivered throughout Europe by our partner, BPost Belgium courier company, directly to your home or to the address mentioned in your order. Delivery of parcels is done within 2-10 business days of the confirmation of your order in any locality on the territory of European Union. If the customer (the recipient) is not at home at the courier’s visit, he will be advised and contacted by phone to arrange a subsequent visit at the date and time the package may be received. If, within 2 weeks, the recipient could not receive the parcel after 3 visits of the courier, it will be returned to the sender. For a small number of products on our website, which are specifically marked with an additional shipping cost when added to the shopping cart, this additional shipping cost will be added to the fixed cost of delivery.
CHECKING RECEIVED PARCELS, COMPLAINTS, RETURNING OR REPLACING PRODUCTS
The seller agrees to deliver a product that is technically correct in its original packaging and which corresponds to the type and description of the product listed on www.Muhire.eu. The image that illustrates the product on the website dedicated to its description does not necessarily correspond to the real image of the product. It is not possible to order a product with a certain feature, the buyer of these products can not claim the receipt of another product. We reserve the right to have errors in automatically inserting product details into the system: description, photograph, price and number of items, and automatic order confirmation. In case of errors, please contact our representatives. The delivered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during transport under conditions of normal handling. Upon receipt of the package, please check the received goods and possible damage to them, in the presence of the courier who makes delivery to you. If the packages show visible external damage, the buyer has the right to refuse to receive the order. Please check the received products by consulting and invoicing, and if a product is missing or has been wrongly delivered the courier and Muhire.eu must be notified on the spot. Verification of the correctness of the package’s contents against the issued order is the responsibility of the customer, and further complaints regarding the quantity and types of goods delivered may not be accepted. If the product you received has a quality defect or there are deficiencies in the material of which it is made that could not be noticed when receiving the package or you simply want, for any reason, to replace one or more products received in good condition and according to your order, please inform us at the following e-mail address: contact@muhire.eu. We will gladly assist you to schedule your return and replacement with similar products or refund the product’s worth. The deadline for partial return of products or replacement of products within your order is 15 days after receipt. Complaints about non-compliant products will be made under Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and associated guarantees. The return of the products will be done through the courier company UBPost Belgium, the customer bearing the transportation costs. If you choose to replace products, we will send you the products you choose for substitution as soon as Muhire.eu comes into possession of the returned ones. If there is price difference between the two products, depending on each situation, the customer may be asked to pay the difference. If you request reimbursement of the product equivalent, it will be made immediately upon receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method as the one used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another refund method.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reasons, within 14 days in accordance with Article 9 of Consumer OUG 34/2014. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you enter or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you in the physical possession of the products. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at contact@muhire.eu regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract using an unambiguous statement stating the order number and date at which you refer to, or you can fill in and electronically submit the withdrawal form. If you use this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal request by e-mail without delay. Our operators will contact you as soon as possible to assist you in returning your products. After receiving your notice of your withdrawal, Muhire.eu will recover the products by requesting BPost Belgium courier company to collect the products for return.
If product recovery can not be done through the BPost Belgium courier company and the customer returns the products through another company, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The products are returned in a package to protect their original contents and packaging, and the delivery note specifies “Product Return”. The consumer is responsible for diminishing the value of the products resulting from their handling, except for the actions necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and performance of the products. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund any amount we received from you without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. Muhire.eu will be able to postpone reimbursement of the value of the products until receipt of the products sold or receipt of proof that they have been shipped if Muhire.eu has not offered to recover the product itself (the most recent date will be taken). We will perform the refund using the same payment method as the one used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another refund method.
